Information We Process

We process only the information needed to provide merchant-authorized product listing and catalog operation support. This may include product information, SKU data, listing attributes, image references, category selections, authorization status, shop identifiers, and operational logs required to troubleshoot listing workflows.

We do not intentionally collect buyer payment data, customer-service messages, or unnecessary buyer personal data.

How We Use Information

Information is used to validate product data, prepare listing drafts, support authorized API workflows, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain reasonable security and audit controls.

Authorization and Access

TikTok Shop data is accessed only after permission is granted by an authorized merchant or account holder. Access is limited to the scope needed for the approved product listing or catalog operation.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade TikTok Shop data or merchant business data. Information is shared only when required for the authorized service, legal compliance, security protection, or platform review.

Retention and Deletion

Working files, logs, and authorization-related records are retained only as long as needed for the authorized operational purpose, legal requirements, or security review. When authorization ends or deletion is requested, we delete or anonymize information under our control unless retention is required by law.
